Exhibitors can build the stand by their own design and subcontractor or contact the organizer for assistance.

 

Withdrawal from the Exhibition

 

  1. Once the exhibition deposit is paid, it will be no refund. The fund will be used for promotional expense of the exhibition.
  2. Booth rented by the participating company cannot be transferred in private or cannot be utilized by company with name other than the company name used in application (including the sponsoring company names). If there is violation, the organizer will immediately confiscate the transferred booth and prohibit the company from joining all the exhibitions held within the country within two years.
  3. Products displayed by participating companies must be related to the theme of the exhibition. The paid exhibition fees will not be refunded otherwise.

 

Booth Allocation and registration

 

  1. After application deadline or when all booths are filled, the organizer will divide the areas unilaterally based on product category. The exhibitors will select the location of their booth according as its product area during the exhibitors meeting. (Booth selection cannot be done across the aisle)
  2. Multiple booths exhibitors will have priority to select location during exhibitor meeting, based on the number of booths taken.
  3. Exhibitors with same number of booths will select by drawing of lots during exhibitors meeting. Co-exhibiting by more than one company is not allowed to register.
  4. The organizer reserves the final decision to make changes for selection methodology.
